We believe yoga is for every body.

Our studio in the heart of Brighton offers a supportive, friendly space where you can step

away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

We specialise in Bikram hot yoga, led by experienced teachers who guide you through a

practice that challenges and restores in equal measure. And if the heat isn’t for you, we also

offer a selection of non-hot yoga classes so there’s always an option that suits your body and

your goals.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a long-time practitioner, you’ll find a class that meets

you where you are.

Bridgett Ane
Yoga teacher & Director

BA began practising yoga in 1995 and graduated from the original Hot Yoga teacher training in 2006. She went on to represent the UK three times at the International Yoga Asana Championships, placing 11th in the world in 2013.

 

She has taught internationally from LA to Amsterdam, written for publications including Yoga Magazine, and now serves as an examiner for the International Yoga Asana Championships. An incredible and widely loved teacher, BA is the director of our school. She and her husband Simon founded Yoga in the Lanes in 2010.
