Teaches a vinyasa style dynamic class incorporating some self enquiry.
Lula Rose McGill instructs the following:
- Vinyasa Slow - 75
A more gentle flowing style of yoga, harmonising breath and movement to create strength, flexibility and resilience of body and mind. The room is not heated but the residual heat in our room is about 30-35 degrees. Tuesdays class is one hour asana practice, followed by a 30 minute guided Savasana aka Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep. Thursdays class is playful and may include Partner Yoga.
